Can my assistant approve a payout or touch trust money?
No. Payouts and trust withdrawals are licensee-only in the app. Your assistant drafts the settlement statement and remittance; you approve.
Is consignment allowed in every state?
Not for private owners in Victoria: licensed traders there can’t consign cars for non-traders. See car consignment rules by state.
What goes in a weekly consignor update?
Days listed, listing views, enquiries, test drives, offers received and any price suggestion, written in plain language from what the app tracks.
