Your workshop and your yard run on different systems

Recon work done in your own workshop ends up on a separate job card system, so the cost never makes it onto the car’s profit. Customers you sold a car to book their service somewhere else.

Two systems means double entry, and the customer history is split in half.

How it works

  1. 1

    Booking, coming

Customers will book a service online, and past buyers will get service reminders from their sale.

  2. 2

    Job card, coming

Labour, parts and technician clock-on will sit on one job card, with a vehicle health check sent to the customer for approval.

  3. 3

    Linked to recon, coming

Internal jobs will link to the car’s recon, so workshop costs land on the per-car P&L.

What the module will include

The service and workshop module is on the roadmap as an optional add-on. It is not live yet. Here is what it is planned to cover.
