Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is optional: it gives you two months free and a custom dealer website at no cost. There’s no setup fee on any plan.
What counts as an active car?
Any car in your stock, owned or consigned, until its sale settles. Starter covers up to 10, Yard up to 25, Pro up to 50 and Dealer Group is unlimited. If you grow past your plan we simply move you up.
Do I pay per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, from the owner and sales staff to recon, a VA and your accountant. Roles and permissions control what each person can see and do.
Is migration from my current DMS free?
Yes. We migrate your stock, customers and deals free from EasyCars, Virtual Yard, CloudLogic or spreadsheets. Setup is free on Starter, no on Pro (free on annual) and guided onboarding is $1,500 on Dealer Group.
What is the Desk add-on?
Desk is an optional add-on from $1,500 a month plus GST (shared) or $3,000 for a dedicated seat. A trained assistant works inside your account Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm Brisbane time, on listings, lead first response, follow ups, consignor updates and paperwork prep for you to sign. Month to month, on any plan.
Which states do you support?
Queensland compliance is live now, including the digital Form 9, trust ledger and dealer register. NSW and VIC compliance packs are next. The rest of the app, from leads and appraisals to listings, deals and profit per car, works anywhere in Australia.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices are plus GST. Starter is $99 a month, Yard $299, Pro $549 and Dealer Group $849, plus GST, and annual billing gives you two months free.
What’s included in every plan?
Every plan includes both consignment and buying, unlimited users, leads and CRM with pipeline, seller self-assessment with guided photos, the 11-section inspection and condition report, online proposals with one-tap yes or no, digital Form 9 with e-signing (no DocuSign needed), trust receipts, settlement statements and the transactions register, Gmail sync and tracking, daily summaries and reports, and it works on phone, tablet and desktop.
