How the switch works

Export from your current DMS
Download your stock, customers, leads and deals from your current system. We work with exports from EasyCars, Virtual Yard and CloudLogic, and with plain spreadsheets, and we’ll tell you exactly what to pull.

We map and import it
We match your fields to ours (stock cards, ownership type, customers, open deals and consignments) and import everything into your new account. You don’t need to retype a thing.

Check it together
We go through the imported data with you on a call: a sample of cars, customers and open deals, checked against your old system, so you know it’s right before anyone relies on it.

Go live
Your team logs in, listings and lead sources are pointed at the new account, and you’re running. Every plan has unlimited users, so the whole team comes across at once.

How much does it cost to switch?
Migration is free. We migrate your stock, customers and deals from your current DMS or spreadsheets at no charge. Plan setup fees still apply: free on Starter, no on Pro (free on annual) and $1,500 guided onboarding on Dealer Group.
Which systems can you import from?
We import from EasyCars, Virtual Yard, CloudLogic and spreadsheets. If you use something else, send us a sample export and we’ll tell you what we can bring across.
Will I lose my history?
We bring across whatever your current system lets you export. If something can’t come across in a structured way, we’ll tell you before you commit, so you can keep a copy.
Am I locked in once I switch?
No. Plans are month to month with no contract, and you can export all of your data at any time. If you leave, your data leaves with you.
Do I have to run two systems at once?
Only for as long as you want to. Most of the work happens before go-live, and once you’ve checked the import together you can switch your listings and lead sources over on the day that suits you.
